I stayed in a classic double room. The room was clean. The location was very close to the metro station, maybe two minutes. The staff was cute.
The rooms were small. The hotel is too expensive for a three-star place.

The location was convenient. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. Staff members were friendly and cute each day. The room had large windows. Natural light filled the room.
It took 18 days for the money to return to my account after checkout. I think the hotel needs to change this system.

the location was excellent near the metro. it made getting around quite simple.. the staff were also warm. they were always cute and helpful.
our room lacked certain expected amenities. there was no kettle or coffee, nor any tea provided. the breakfast had an additional charge i was not told about initially.
